This poster series was created while I was a student at KU. The assignment was to create posters for an imaginary musical event. My idea was to have a modern day interpretation of Luigi Russolo’s futurist musical pieces. These songs were fueled by the hatred of artistic traditions, and with the goal of coexistence between man and machine. I attempted to mirror his outlook artistically by creating an unusual abstract poster that employed computer generated lines, and a highly geometric aesthetic.
